Is HALO the same as Healing Diamante Angélico®?

Yes. HALO HyperDimensional Architecture Therapy® is the new name of the same method, and it preserves the initials HDA. The practice, the architecture and the training are the same.

Is HALO a medical practice?

No. HALO is a complementary wellbeing practice. It accompanies and respects any medical or psychological care you receive, and never replaces it.

How long does a session last?

There are three durations: 14, 21 and 29 minutes.

Does an online session work the same way?

Yes. Online and in-person sessions follow the same sequence and are equally complete.

Do I need Level 1 to take Level 2?

Yes. Level 2 requires Level 1 to be completed.

How do I know a therapist is certified?

Ask for their HALO certificate number and check it on the Verify a certificate page.
